The Justus Companies Opens Corporate Headquarters in Noblesville
The Justus Companies, a 116-year-old Indiana-based real estate development and management firm, has opened its corporate headquarters in Noblesville, marking a long-term investment in the city and reinforcing the company’s continued growth and commitment to Central Indiana.

The 20,000-square-foot, two-story headquarters is located on a 7-acre site at the northeast corner of Little Chicago Road and State Road 32, just north of Meijer. The $7.3 million facility serves as a hub for executive leadership and key corporate teams and includes approximately 3,200 square feet of high-quality, leasable office space available for businesses seeking a location within a modern, amenity-rich corporate campus.
Designed as a modern corporate campus, the headquarters features collaborative workspaces, a large multipurpose room, and dedicated fitness and yoga facilities. Outdoor amenities include a rooftop terrace, a waterside patio, and landscaped green spaces with integrated walking trails.
The headquarters is located within the Promenade of Noblesville, a mixed-use development that has taken shape over several years. The Promenade includes Promenade Apartments, a 300-unit community that opened in 2020; Promenade Trails, a 55 & Better community that opened in June 2025; and a growing commercial district anchored by national and local businesses including Starbucks, Jersey Mike’s, Chipotle, Meijer, and Reforming Indy, with additional retail and service users planned.
Founded in 1910 on Indianapolis’ east side, The Justus Companies has played a significant role in Indiana’s development for more than a century.
