A Tradition of Giving Back
For decades, philanthropy has been part of how Justus operates. It’s something every community, every property, and every team takes part in.

Making an Impact
At Justus, giving back is a long-term commitment. Rather than selecting a new charity each year, we partner with one organization for two to three years, building meaningful relationships and creating a greater impact together.
Across our communities and corporate office, residents, employees, families, business partners, and vendors come together through signature fundraising events, volunteer initiatives, donation drives, walks, craft fairs, and countless grassroots efforts. Together, these activities typically raise $80,000–$100,000 for each charitable partner over the course of our partnership.
By investing our time, talents, and resources over multiple years, we’re able to build lasting relationships that strengthen the communities we serve.
